Hotel a Lore City

“Stayed for one night. The room was clean, comfortable bed, and nice size room with an extra sitting area.”

“The staff was very accommodating. We were assigned a room on 2nd floor which would have been very difficult as there were no elevators. They switched our room and we appreciate that. Also there was plenty of clean linen. The hot breakfast was good, eggs and make your own waffles. However the bathroom was very tight and the floor was slippery as if it had been waxed. The toilet also backed up on morning of departure.”

“It is an okay place. The breakfast is a great thing they have. The staff very friendly and nice. The hotel only had one problem. Couldn't get WIFI. Although they were very helpful, couldn't get WIFI. The hotel down the street that is older called the Baymont by Wyndham located at :61595 Southgate Parkway, Cambridge, OH 43725. Is better. Although older, they have better amenties. Located in a better area as well.”

“Only stayed one night but location and price was perfect, bed comfortable. Pillows could be better and i picked up a piece of trash in bath that had been overlooked by cleaning staff. Overall a very good choice!”

“No elevator, back entrance door that was supposed to open with key card pulled open without using keycard, fire doors propped open, non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray, TV remote did not work , half a roll of toilet paper and no extra, gross food in the freezer, bed very uncomfortable. Staff very rude When we asked for a working remote.”

“I paid extra for a bigger room, but the receptionist gave me a small standard one. When I demanded a refund, he rudely refused and said they don’t do refunds. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. Only after I made a scene did he finally give me the upgraded room — which didn’t even have a fridge, although it was supposed to. Terrible service!”

“The pool and hot tub both were out of order. The rooms were ok, nothing stood out as above and beyond. Breakfast was fair I have had better at other Hotel chains. Over all it was fair. Sorry can't rate it higher.”
